1 bag (14 oz) classic coleslaw mix
7 uncooked scallions
8 tbsp teriyaki sauce
4 1/2 lb spaghetti squash

Steps

Pierce the spaghetti squash several times and microwave it on high for 12 to 15 minutes, turning once.
Halve the squash carefully, remove the seeds, and pull the flesh into strands.
Slice the scallions and heat a large skillet over medium-high heat with a little cooking oil.
Stir-fry the coleslaw mix and scallions for 4 minutes.
