Ingredients
- 3/4 cup bread crumbs or panko or crushed cornflakes
- 1 30g packet dry ranch-style dressing mix
- 2 1/2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 eggs
- 4 tilapia
- lemon wedges (optional)
Steps
- Heat the air fryer to 400 F for 3 minutes.
- Mix the crumbs, ranch dressing mix, and vegetable oil in a shallow bowl.
- Beat the eggs in a second shallow bowl.
- Dip each tilapia fillet in the eggs and press it into the crumb mixture.
- Place the fillets in the air fryer basket and cook for 10 to 12 minutes, turning once, until flaky and 145 F inside.
