- 1/3 cup extra-virgin olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1/4 cup packed fresh basil leaves
- 2 tbsp capers
- 1 tsp anchovy paste
- 1 tsp lemon zest
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
