Steps

Cut the goat meat into small pieces and chop the tomatoes, onion, chili, and coriander.
Simmer the goat with 1 cup water and salt in a covered 12-inch skillet over medium heat for 25 minutes.
Add the tomatoes, onion, and chili, then cook uncovered for 7 minutes until the goat reaches 145 F.
Boil 3 cups water in a 3-quart saucepan, then gradually stir in the corn flour.
Cook ground meat until it reaches 160 F inside.
