- 16 oz lean ground beef
- 1/2 yellow onion
- 1 tbsp taco seasoning
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp salt (optional)
- 10 oz refried beans
- 2 cups iceberg lettuce
- 1/2 cup cotija cheese
- 1 cup tomatoes
- 1 avocado
- 1 cup pico de gallo
- 1/3 cup cilantro
Steps
- Heat the oven to 400 F and bake the tortillas on a baking sheet for 8 to 10 minutes until crisp.
- Cook the beef and onion in a large skillet over medium heat for 8 minutes, then stir in the taco seasoning, garlic powder, and salt until the beef reaches 160 F.
