  • 1 block feta cheese
  • 2 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil (optional)
  • 2 slices bread (optional)
  • 1/4 cup jarred roasted red peppers
  • 4 oz tinned fish
  • 1/4 cup fresh flat-leaf parsley leaves
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes

Steps

  1. Mash the feta with olive oil in a shallow bowl until mostly smooth.
