Ingredients
- 1 sheet refrigerated pie crust
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1 can (14 oz) whole-berry cranberry sauce
- 2 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/4 cup cold butter
- 3/4 cup chopped pecans
Steps
- Heat the oven to 350 F and press the pie crust into a 9-inch pie pan.
- Beat the cream cheese, condensed milk, and lemon juice until smooth, then spread the mixture in the crust.
- Stir the cranberry sauce and cornstarch together, then spread them over the cream cheese layer.
- Mix the flour, brown sugar, cinnamon, cold butter, and pecans until coarse crumbs form.
- Sprinkle the crumb mixture over the cranberry layer.
- Bake for 45 minutes, then cool the pie for 10 minutes before slicing.
