1 eight oz round brie cheese
cooking spray
1 sheet frozen puff pastry
1/2 cup cranberry sauce
1/2 cup pecans
sea salt to taste (optional)

Steps

Thaw the puff pastry until flexible, about 10 minutes, and heat the oven to 375 F.
Lightly coat a 24-cup mini muffin pan with cooking spray.
Cut the pastry into 24 squares and press one square into each muffin cup.
