14 oz french bread
1/2 cup unsalted butter
6 cloves garlic
2 tbsp fresh parsley
1/4 tsp salt (optional)
1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup parmesan cheese

Steps

Heat the oven to 375 F and slice the French bread lengthwise.
