1 cup whole milk
8 tbsp unsalted butter
1 lb green cabbage
4 green onions
1/2 tsp kosher salt
1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper

Steps

Peel and cut the potatoes into 1-inch pieces, then slice the cabbage and green onions for 5 minutes.
