2 eggs

1 tsp vanilla

Steps

Heat the oven to 350 F and grease an 8-inch square baking pan.
Beat the shortening and 1 cup sugar until smooth, then beat in the eggs, banana, vanilla, and sour cream.
Whisk the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a separate bowl.
