Ingredients

  • 3 1/2 bone-in pork chops
  • 1 apple
  • 1 onion
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp caraway seed
  • garlic salt (optional)

Steps

  1. Heat the oven to 400 F.
  2. Slice the apple and onion, then arrange them in a greased 9-by-13-inch baking dish.
  3. Place the pork chops over the vegetables and season with caraway seed, garlic salt, pepper, and a little oil.
  4. Drizzle the honey over the chops and cover the dish with foil.
  5. Bake for 25 minutes, then uncover and bake for 10 to 15 minutes more, until the pork reaches 145 F.
  6. Rest the pork for 5 minutes before serving.
