Ingredients
- 4 rib thick-cut bone-in pork chops
- grill seasoning for chops (optional)
- 1/2 cup apple cider
- 2 tbsp cider vinegar
- 1 tbsp worcestershire sauce
Steps
- Heat the oven to 400 F and lightly oil a 9-by-13-inch baking dish.
- Season the pork chops with salt, pepper, and grill seasoning if using.
- Whisk the apple cider, cider vinegar, and Worcestershire sauce in a small bowl.
- Place the chops in the dish and pour the cider mixture over them.
- Bake uncovered for 25 to 30 minutes, brushing the chops with pan juices halfway through, until they reach 145 F.
- Rest the chops for 5 minutes before serving.
