Ingredients
- 4 boneless pork loin chops
- 1 tbsp canola oil
- 1 can (8 oz) tomato sauce
- 1 cup water
- 1 onion
- 1 envelope taco seasoning
- 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
Steps
- Mix the flour and taco seasoning in a shallow dish, then coat the pork chops on both sides.
- Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat and brown the chops for 2 to 3 minutes per side.
- Add the sliced onion, tomato sauce, and water to the skillet.
- Cover and simmer over medium heat for 8 to 10 minutes, turning once, until the chops reach 145 F.
- Spoon the sauce and onions over the pork chops and serve.
