Ingredients

  • 12 rhodes frozen dinner rolls
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 can (21 oz) apple pie filling
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts
  • 1/2 cup whole cranberry sauce
  • additional nuts (optional)
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tbsp milk

Steps

  1. Thaw the frozen rolls for 15 minutes, then press them into three long dough ropes.
  2. Place the ropes on a greased baking sheet and braid them loosely.
  3. Spoon apple filling, chopped nuts, and cranberry sauce along the braid's center.
  4. Melt the butter, brush it over the dough, and bake at 350 F for 20 to 25 minutes.
  5. Stir powdered sugar and milk into a glaze, then drizzle it over the cooled braid.
