Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa
  • 2 tbsp smart balance light butter
  • 1/2 cup fat free milk
  • 2 1/2 cups quick oats
  • 3/4 cup better'n peanut butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • powdered sugar (optional)

Steps

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment or lightly oil it.
  2. Stir the sugar, cocoa, butter, milk, and vanilla in a bowl until smooth.
  3. Mix in the peanut butter until fully combined.
  4. Fold in the oats until every oat is coated.
  5. Drop 20 spoonfuls onto the baking sheet and chill for 20 minutes.
  6. Dust with powdered sugar if desired.
