250 g / 8 oz salmon fillet
2 instant noodle / ramen noodle cakes
1/2 onion
1 clove garlic
1 bunch chinese broccoli

Steps

Cook the noodles in a pot of boiling water for 4 minutes, then drain them.
Mix the soy sauce, mirin, sake, and sugar in a small bowl.
Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat and cook the salmon for 4 minutes, turning once.
Add the onion, garlic, and Chinese broccoli, then stir-fry for 3 minutes.
