Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tsp garlic chopped
  • 1/2 tsp dry parsley
  • 1/2 tsp dry rosemary
  • 1/2 tsp dry oregano
  • 8 egg whites
  • salt (optional)
  • 1/8 tsp black pepper ground

Steps

  1. Warm the olive oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat for 1 minute.
  2. Cook the garlic, parsley, rosemary, and oregano for 1 minute.
  3. Pour in the egg whites and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Stir gently for 5 to 7 minutes until the egg whites are firm and fully cooked.
