Ingredients
- 3/4 cup raisins
- 1/4 cup dark rum
- 1 1/2 tbsp freshly-squeezed lime juice
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup full-fat evaporated milk
- 3/4 cup water
- 1/2 cup liquid honey
Steps
- Soak the raisins in the rum and lime juice for 5 minutes.
- Whip the heavy cream in a large bowl until soft peaks form.
