3 tbsp olive oil
3 cloves garlic
3 cups spinach
3 cups water
1 cup corn grits or polenta

Steps

Heat the oven to 425 F and place the tomatoes and garlic in a 9-by-13-inch baking dish with 2 tablespoons oil.
