1 head cauliflower
1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
1 tsp kosher salt
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp smoked paprika
1/4 tsp crushed red pepper flakes

Steps

Heat the oven to 425 F.
Cut the cauliflower into florets and spread them on a large rimmed baking sheet.
