freshly ground black pepper
3 tbsp vegetable oil
1 large yellow onion
1 bell pepper
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
4 slices american cheese
4 slices provolone cheese
4 hoagie/sub rolls

Steps

Slice the sirloin thinly across the grain, then season it with salt and pepper.
Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a 12-inch skillet over medium heat and cook the onion and pepper for 8 minutes.
