2 tbsp sugar
1/8 tsp salt
1 1/4 cups heavy cream
16 oz cream cheese
3/4 cup granulated sugar
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/8 tsp salt

Steps

Mix the cookie crumbs, melted butter, sugar, and salt in a bowl.
Press the crumb mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
Beat the cream cheese, sugar, lemon juice, vanilla, and salt until smooth.
