Ingredients

  • 1 lb cherry or grape tomatoes
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp vinegar or lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp freshly minced herbs
  • salt to taste (optional)

Steps

  1. Halve the tomatoes and place them in a medium bowl.
  2. Mince the garlic and herbs, then add them to the tomatoes.
  3. Whisk the olive oil, vinegar or lemon juice, and salt in a small bowl.
  4. Pour the dressing over the tomatoes and toss gently.
