Ingredients
- 2 artichokes
- 4 cloves garlic
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter
- kosher salt to taste (optional)
- optional: lemon juice from 1 lemon
Steps
- Trim the artichoke stems and tops, then rinse them under cold water.
- Place one cup water, the garlic, and butter in the Instant Pot, then set the artichokes inside.
- Cook at high pressure for ten minutes.
- Release the pressure carefully, then remove the artichokes and season with salt and lemon juice.
