2 sheets frozen puff pastry
2 tbsp honey
1/3 cup dried cherries
1/4 cup chopped pecans
1 tsp chopped fresh rosemary
1 brie cheese round in diameter
1 large egg

Steps

Thaw the puff pastry at room temperature for 10 minutes, and heat the oven to 400 F.
Mix the honey, dried cherries, pecans, and rosemary in a small bowl.
Place one pastry sheet on a baking sheet, set the brie in the center, and spread the topping over it.
Cover the brie with the second pastry sheet, seal the edges, and trim away excess pastry.
Beat the egg with a little water, brush it over the pastry, and bake for 25 to 30 minutes until golden.
