1 head cauliflower
1 tbsp vegan cream cheese
1/4 cup nutritional yeast
1/2 tsp garlic
1/8 tsp vegan chicken broth
1/8 tsp fresh ground black pepper

Steps

Cut one cauliflower head into florets and steam it in a covered pot over boiling water for 8 minutes.
