Ingredients

  • 1 can (16 2/7 oz) refrigerated biscuits
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • 3/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/4 cup shredded parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Steps

  1. Heat the oven to 375 F and place the biscuits in a greased 9-inch round pan.
  2. Bake the biscuits for 13 to 15 minutes, until golden and cooked through.
  3. Stir the melted butter, garlic powder, and chopped parsley in a small bowl.
  4. Brush the hot biscuits with the garlic butter and sprinkle them with Parmesan and mozzarella.
  5. Bake for 2 to 3 minutes more, until the cheese melts.
