Ingredients
- 1 recipe pizza dough
- 1 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 tbsp vegan butter
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 tsp italian seasoning
- 3/4 cup vegan cheese shreds
- 3/4 cup my liquid mozzarella
- 1/2 tsp pepper flakes
- 1 tbsp everything bagel seasoning
Steps
- Heat the oven to 425 F and press the pizza dough into a greased 9-by-13-inch baking pan.
- Melt the vegan butter with the olive oil in a small saucepan over low heat.
- Stir the garlic, Italian seasoning, and pepper flakes into the melted butter mixture.
- Brush the mixture over the dough, then cover it with both vegan cheeses and everything bagel seasoning.
- Bake for 13 minutes, until the edges are golden and the cheese is melted.
- Cool the bread for 2 minutes, then cut it into sticks.
