- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 cup confectioners' sugar
- 1 3/4 cups cold 2% milk
- 2 packages (3 2/5 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix
- 1 carton frozen whipped topping
- 1 package oreo cookies

Steps
