2 large sweet potatoes

1/2 scant tsp sea salt
1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
3/4 cup chopped dairy-free dark chocolate

Steps

Heat the oven to 325 F and line a large baking sheet with parchment.
Slice the sweet potatoes very thinly and toss them with oil, salt, and cinnamon.
Arrange the slices in one layer on the baking sheet.
