Ingredients

  • 1 bunch kale
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1/4 cup coconut milk from a can
  • kosher salt

Steps

  1. Heat the oven to 300 F and line a large baking sheet with the kale.
  2. Warm the coconut oil in a small skillet over medium heat.
  3. Cook the minced garlic for 1 minute, then stir in the coconut milk.
  4. Toss the kale with the garlic mixture, coconut flakes, and salt.
  5. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, stirring once, until the leaves are dry and crisp.
