Ingredients
- 8 tbsp unsalted butter
- 16 oz mini marshmallows
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp fine sea salt
- 7 cups crispy rice cereal
Steps
- Melt the butter in a large pot over low heat for 2 minutes.
- Add the marshmallows and salt, then stir for 5 minutes until completely smooth.
- Remove the pot from the heat, stir in the vanilla, and fold in the cereal.
- Press the mixture into a greased 9-by-13-inch pan and cool for 15 minutes.
- Cut the treats into squares.
