Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 1/2 cup white sugar
  • 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp coarse kosher salt
  • 6 graham crackers
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 2 4-ounce hershey’s xl milk chocolate bars
  • 1 jars (7 oz) marshmallow creme

Steps

  1. Heat the oven to 350 F and line a 9-by-13-inch pan with foil or parchment.
  2. Beat the butter, white sugar, and brown sugar until creamy, then beat in the egg and vanilla.
  3. Stir in the flour, baking powder, and kosher salt until a soft dough forms.
  4. Press half the dough into the pan, layer on the graham crackers and chocolate bars, and spread the marshmallow creme over them.
  5. Dot the peanut butter and remaining dough over the marshmallow layer.
  6. Bake for 22 to 25 minutes, then cool the bars for 15 minutes before slicing.
