3 large eggs
3 tbsp greek yogurt

Steps

Heat the oven to 350 F and grease 18 muffin cups.
Beat the quarter cup of butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar, then beat in the eggs, yogurt, and vanilla.
Whisk the baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and cake flour in another bowl.
Stir the dry mixture into the wet mixture, alternating with the milk, until just combined.
Fill the muffin cups and bake for 14 to 16 minutes, until the centers are firm and fully cooked.
