1 cup unsalted butter
1 1/4 cups white granulated sugar
2 tbsp light brown sugar
2 large eggs
2 tsp pure vanilla extract

1 tsp cream of tartar
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
5 tbsp white granulated sugar
2 tbsp ground cinnamon

Steps

Heat the oven to 375 F and line two baking sheets with parchment.
Beat the butter, 1 1/4 cups white sugar, and brown sugar in a large bowl until smooth.
