Ingredients

  • 3 cups green seedless grapes
  • 4 cups gala apples
  • 1/2 tsp lemon juice
  • 8 oz fat-free greek yogurt
  • 4 oz light cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup agave
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts

Steps

  1. Cut the apples into bite-size pieces and toss them with the lemon juice.
  2. Halve the grapes and add them to the apples.
  3. Beat the yogurt, cream cheese, agave, vanilla, and brown sugar until smooth.
  4. Fold the dressing into the fruit, then stir in the walnuts.
