1 1/2 cups raw smooth almond butter
1/4 cup + 2 tablespoons virgin coconut oil

Steps

Line an eight-inch square pan with parchment.
Stir the almond butter, one-quarter cup plus two tablespoons coconut oil, maple syrup, and fine salt in a bowl.
Spread the almond butter mixture evenly in the pan and freeze for five minutes.
Melt the remaining coconut oil in a small saucepan over low heat, then whisk in maple syrup, cocoa powder, and fine salt.
Pour the cocoa mixture over the chilled layer and freeze for five minutes, or until firm enough to cut.
Sprinkle with flaked salt, cut into 21 pieces, and keep frozen.
