Steps

Heat the oven to 350 F and grease a baking sheet with cooking oil.
Whisk the egg, coconut sugar, tahini, cooled coconut oil, and vanilla in a medium bowl.
Stir in the almond flour, coconut flour, baking soda, and salt until a dough forms.
