Ingredients
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 1 lb elbow macaroni or cavatappi
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 6 oz cheddar cheese
- 1 1/2 oz parmesan cheese
- freshly cracked black pepper (optional)

Steps
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil over high heat.
- Add the macaroni and cook for 8 to 10 minutes until tender.
- Drain the pasta and return it to the warm pot.
