1/3 cup parmesan cheese
1/3 cup flour

Steps

Heat the oven to 400 F.
Place chopped broccoli and 2 tablespoons water in a covered microwave-safe bowl, then microwave for 4 minutes.
Drain and cool the broccoli for 2 minutes.
