1/2 cup dutch-process cocoa powder
1 tbsp water
1/2 cup unsalted roasted pecans
1 3/4 oz dairy-free dark chocolate
1 pinch flaky sea salt

Steps

Melt the dark chocolate and coconut oil together in a microwave-safe bowl for about 1 minute, stirring halfway.
Process the dates, cocoa powder, and water until a thick paste forms, about 2 minutes.
Mix the melted chocolate mixture and pecans into the date paste.
Press the mixture firmly into an 8-inch square pan and sprinkle with flaky salt.
