Ingredients
- 2 lb small white-skinned potatoes cleaned
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 4 cloves minced garlic
- 2 tbsp dried rosemary
Steps
- Heat the oven to 425 F.
- Halve the potatoes and place them on a large baking sheet.
- Toss the potatoes with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic, and rosemary.
