1/3 cup pecans
1 tbsp unsalted butter
3 tbsp light brown sugar
1/8 tsp cinnamon
1/3 cup raspberry preserves
1 large egg

Steps

Heat the oven to 400 F and line a baking sheet with the puff pastry.
Cook the pecans, butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon in a small skillet over medium heat for 3 minutes, then cool briefly.
