1 12 x 8-inch rectangle of puff pastry
2 tbsp granulated sugar
2 1/2 ripe pears
6 small plums
4 tbsp honey
1 tbsp thyme leaves
2 oz blue cheese

Steps

Heat the oven to 400 F and oil a baking sheet.
