Ingredients

1/4 cup butter
1 package (10 1/2 oz) miniature marshmallows
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
1 tsp vanilla extract
4 1/4 cups rice krispies cereral
1 1/2 cups coarsely crushed pretzel pieces
1 cup milk chocolate chips
2 tbsp creamy peanut butter
1/4 cup coarsely crushed pretzel pieces

Steps

Melt the butter in a large pot over low heat for 1 minute.
Stir in the marshmallows, peanut butter, and vanilla for 3 to 4 minutes until smooth.
Remove the pot from the heat, fold in the cereal and 1 1/2 cups pretzels, and mix well.
Press the mixture into a greased 9-by-13-inch pan.
Melt the chocolate chips and 2 tablespoons peanut butter in the microwave for 1 minute, stirring halfway.
Spread the chocolate mixture over the treats, sprinkle on the remaining pretzels, and chill for 10 minutes.
