Ingredients
- 2 sweet potato
- 1 cup parmesan
- olive oil spray
- dry rosemary
- salt
- pepper
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1/8 tsp paprika smoked
- 1/8 tsp onion powder
- 1/8 tsp black pepper
- 1 clove garlic
- 1/8 tsp salt
Steps
- Heat the oven to 425 F.
- Halve the sweet potatoes lengthwise and place them cut side up on a baking sheet.
- Spray the cut sides with oil and season with salt, pepper, and rosemary.
- Bake for 20 minutes, until the potatoes are tender.
- Melt the butter with the garlic, paprika, onion powder, black pepper, and salt in a small pan over low heat for 2 minutes.
- Brush the potatoes with the garlic butter, sprinkle with Parmesan, and bake for 5 minutes more.
