  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 3/4 to 3-3/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 2 tbsp grated orange zest
  • 1 cup confectioners' sugar
  • 4 tsp butter
  • 1/2 tsp lemon extract
  • 4 1/2 tsp 2% milk

  4. Roll the dough into a log, cut it into pieces, place them in a greased 9-inch round pan, and let them rest for 5 minutes.
  5. Heat the oven to 375 F and bake the rolls for 15 to 18 minutes until golden and cooked through.
  6. Beat the confectioners' sugar, butter, lemon extract, and milk until smooth, then spread the glaze over the warm rolls.
