- 2/3 cup celery
- 2/3 cups raisins
- 1/2 cup mexican cream or sour cream
- 2/3 cups pecans
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 8 cherries for garnish (optional)
- 6 sprigs curly parsley for garnish (optional)
