- 1 cucumber
- 1 carrot
- 1 small onion sliced into half rings
- 4 cups water
- 3/4 cup vinegar
- 3/4 cup sunflower oil or vegetable oil
- 2 1/2 tbsp salt
- 3/4 cup sugar
